The Men’s Bible Study “Moving Forward” meets at 6:00 PM on Tuesday nights here at Calvary Chapel Roswell. The focus of our Men’s Bible Study is to help men bond together in the unity of the Cross of Jesus and His word. We, as Christian men, are bound together by the blood of Jesus, for He is the author and finisher of our faith.

Our desire is that, through the power of God's word, men would be equipped to become better brothers, husbands, fathers, and grandfathers. A flock of geese flies in a “V” pattern, which helps share the load. Working together enables them to travel farther and reduces the flock’s overall fatigue. So, as Christian men come together to study and apply His word, we are encouraged to be molded into men after His own heart.

Men are God’s method. The church is looking for better methods; God is looking for better men. What the church needs today is not more machinery or better, not new organizations or more and novel methods, but men who the Holy Spirit can use – men of prayer, men mighty in prayer. The Holy Spirit does not come on machinery but on men. He does not anoint plans, but men – men of prayer.
