Calvary Chapel Roswell has a group of people who want to pray for the needs of our flock. It pleases the Lord when He sees us supporting each other this way. God does have His way of bringing a person to your heart, so you pray, but having specifics helps you know exactly what to pray. Frances J. Roberts says, “Prayer shields the soul from the enemy.” David, in Psalm 31:15, speaks, “… our times are in His hands, deliver me from the hands of my enemies.

The God of the universe wants us to talk things over with Him, sharing our needs, fears, requests, and what's on our hearts - that's what a relationship is all about. Jeremiah 29:12 – "Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you." No prayer is too small or too big. He's got this!

When you're part of the email prayer chain fellowship, it helps us stay more connected and compassionate. The people and families in our church lead diverse, active lives, so it's easy to lose touch with one another, even with regular attendance.

"But the end of all things is at hand; therefore be serious and watchful in your prayers. And above all things have fervant love for one another.... In the setting of these verses, gathered with Peter is a diverse group of believers from different walks of life – men and women, young and old, rich and poor. Despite their struggles, there is a sense of unity and love that binds them together.
